1. I have considered Rebecca a very significant person in my life. It is she who began this journey for me of accepting myself as a gay woman. She pushed issues and ideas that she had no business pushing. Yet, in the end, she was the perfect person to push. I owe her a lot.
2. I have never been attracted to Rebecca sexually. She is a beautiful woman. Knock out gorgeous. Amazingly talented. Beyond talented. Spiritually and intellectually insightful. Brilliant and funny.
I knew the first time I met her that she would be a very important person in my life.
Everyone, men and women alike, want to be near her, with her, and like her.
But, I have never been sexually attracted to her. Emotionally attracted, yes.
